Facility Administrator

An accomplished leader in the health care industry, Robert has worked in both acute and long-term care, as well as nursing education. Serving as the facility Administrator at Essex for more than 20 years, he has demonstrated effective leadership and the ability to form successful teams to deliver resident-centered care while achieving quality outcomes. He has been a Registered Nurse for nearly 30 years and continues to share his nursing expertise with a local University.

Susan Greenwell

Director of  Nursing

Having served as the Director of Nursing for nearly 30 years, Susan’s leadership includes guiding a successful team of caring and compassionate team members.  She began her career in healthcare in 1984 and demonstrates her passion to create the very best outcomes for all residents.  Susan has focused her career primarily in long term care, but has acute care and teaching experience.  She also has a certification in Gerontology.

Tracy Graham

Director of  Admissions

Tracy has served in multiple roles spanning forty years at Essex including: Corporate Compliance Officer, Director of Medical Records, Director of Life Enrichment—and currently serving as Director of Admissions. She is passionate about putting residents first and helping families navigate the skilled nursing facility process for new residents— she is well versed in breaking down the complexities and ensuring residents and their loved ones make informed decisions. Her strong leadership skills and collaborative qualities drive her passion for serving others throughout the organization and within the broader community. Tracy is a State Registered Nurse Aide, Certified Medication Aide, Certified in Medical Records and Certified Activity Director in the state of Kentucky.
